Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cx999 ("cx999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cx999 online gaming platform available at cx999.org, including all associated services, features, content, games, promotions, and payment functionality.

By creating a cx999 account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of cx999 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. • "Prohibited Activity" means any action listed under Article 9 of these Terms, the commission of which may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency in which cx999 processes all financial transactions on the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of cx999 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which a cx999 Account is maintained:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cx999 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will not knowingly permit individuals under this age to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing cx999 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of cx999 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not acting under legal disability or court supervision that would render this Agreement unenforceable.
• The funds you use to deposit and wager on cx999 are lawfully obtained and are your own funds, free from any third-party claim, dispute, or criminal origin.

Account Registration & Management

To access Real Money Play on cx999, you must register a cx999 Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your cx999 Account and to update it promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one cx999 Account. The registration or use of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. cx999 uses technical and manual means to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended.
• All real money balances across all duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• All bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus activity will be voided.
• The individual may be permanently banned from cx999.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cx999 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cx999 staff will never ask you to provide your password. Any activity conducted through your cx999 Account — whether by you or any third party who gains access due to your failure to maintain credential security — is your sole responsibility. You must notify cx999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may request closure of your cx999 Account at any time by contacting cx999 support. Before account closure, any outstanding real money balance may be withdrawn subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified by cx999 at the time of the request. cx999 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for regulatory compliance reasons.

Account Verification (KYC)

cx999 is required to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at any other time cx999 deems appropriate in accordance with its compliance obligations. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

cx999 may request any or all of the following documents as part of KYC verification. All documents must be valid, current, and clearly legible:

• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: cx999 may, in certain circumstances, request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for deposits on the platform.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal holds, account suspension, or permanent account closure at cx999's discretion. cx999 processes all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

cx999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. cx999 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount on cx999 is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• cx999 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your cx999 balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and are communicated in your cx999 account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. This anti-money-laundering measure is non-negotiable.
• Withdrawals are processed within one business hour for fully KYC-verified accounts. Unverified accounts will have withdrawals held pending completion of KYC.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

cx999 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus terms set out in this Article.

• Bonuses are offered at cx999's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

cx999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of all active bonuses, forfeiture of any bonus-derived winnings, and potentially permanent account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• Using matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration to qualify for a bonus.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or misconfiguration that results in an unintended bonus award.

Different game types contribute toward wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates, which are communicated in the specific terms of each promotion. cx999 reserves the right to update contribution rates with reasonable notice to active bonus holders.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on cx999 — including slot games, RNG table games, live dealer games, crash games, and virtual sports — are operated and provided by licensed third-party game providers. The outcome of all non-live games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, which is independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical randomness (real cards, real roulette wheels) observed in real time via video stream.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity disruption during gameplay, cx999 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. cx999 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions or connectivity issues on the player's side (including mobile network disruptions or device failures). All sports bets placed on cx999, including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, football, UFC, and other available sports, are subject to cx999's Sports Betting Rules published on the platform. Key provisions include:

• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to the wager.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability and may be suspended at cx999's discretion at any time.
• cx999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cx999. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles cx999 to take any or all of the actions listed at the end of this Article:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other stage of account operation.
• Registering or operating more than one cx999 Account simultaneously or consecutively under any identity.
• Using software tools, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over cx999.
• Colluding with other players in any game, bet, or promotional activity to manipulate outcomes or extract value unfairly.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or use of cx999 for transactions involving proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, misconfigured odds, or software bugs to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, hack, or interfere with the cx999 platform, its infrastructure, or its game software in any way.
• Using cx999 for commercial purposes, including operating an affiliate scheme without cx999's written authorisation.
• Allowing or permitting any other person to use your cx999 Account, regardless of their relationship to you.

Upon detection of a Prohibited Activity, cx999 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant cx999 Account(s).
• Void all open bets and game rounds associated with the account.
• Forfeit all real money and bonus balances held in the account.
• Recover any funds already withdrawn that were derived from Prohibited Activity.
• Report the matter to relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authorities.

No content from the cx999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without cx999's express prior written consent.

cx999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cx999 platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time upon breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the cx999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred during legitimate Real Money Play, regardless of amount.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond cx999's reasonable control.

Nothing in this Article limits cx999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. cx999's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

cx999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, cx999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, for material changes, will communicate the amendment directly to registered players via their registered mobile number or email address.

Your continued access to or use of cx999 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using cx999 and close your account. cx999 is not obligated to provide a grace period before amended Terms take effect, though cx999 will endeavour to give reasonable notice for significant changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to cx999's operational jurisdiction. For players in Pakistan, cx999 will make every effort to resolve disputes through its internal customer support process before any formal proceedings are initiated.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, transaction, bonus award, or any other platform matter, players must first submit a formal complaint to cx999 support via the live chat or email channel. cx999 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
